摘　　要：介绍了当前达菲单一依赖莽草酸为原料的合成与研究中所存在的主要问题。综述了近些年来以廉价原料合成达菲的研究进展。同时阐述了这几种合成路线所具备的特点和优势,并对达菲的进一步合成研究前景进行了展望。The major problems of Tamiflu＇s synthetic study and production which homogeneously focused on the use of shikimic acid were briefly introduced.The progress in synthesis of Tamiflu from inexpensive raw materials in recent years was reviewed.Meanwhile,several characteristics and advantages in these synthetic routes were illustrated.Finally,the further study prospects of Tamiflu was expected.
