萃取法分离乙腈、乙酸乙酯和水混合物的研究

摘　　要：为了从制药废料中回收乙腈和乙酸乙酯,研究了反萃取精馏分离法在分离乙腈-乙酸乙酯中的应用,确定了首先进行预处理,然后进行萃取精馏的工艺过程及工艺条件。采用以上技术从废液中回收乙酸乙酯,乙酸乙酯含量达到98.5%以上。In order to recover acetonitrile and ethyl acetate from waste pharmaceutical liquor,study the anti-extractive distillation method for separating acetonitrile-ethyl acetate application,determine the first pretreatment,then the process of extractive distillation process and process conditions.The purity of acetonitrile recovered from waste liquor can reach 98.5%.
