欧美思想库运行机制对我国思想库发展的借鉴意义

摘　　要：欧美思想库发展迅速且形成了一套成熟的运行机制,对我国思想库的发展具有借鉴意义。相比而言,我国的思想库建设还处于初级阶段,由于历史和体制因素等导致我国思想库发展缓慢,问题很多。今后我们应该加强思想库的总体设计,提高人员素质,完善运行机制,健全筹款机制以及拓展推销渠道等。European and American think tanks have developed rapidly and formed the mature operational mechanism,which can be used for reference to develop Chinese think tanks.In contrast,the construction of Chinese think-tanks is still in its infancy.Due to historical and institutional factors,Chinese think tanks develop slowly and there exist a lot of problems.In the future,we should improve the overall design or think tanks,the quality of personnel,the operational mechanism,and the fund-raising mechanism,expand marketing channels,and so on.
