摘  要:以苏禽乌骨鸡为试验素材,采用2因素3水平设计,分析不同代谢能和粗蛋白水平对苏禽乌骨鸡日增重的影响,试验分3期(0~4周龄、5~8周龄、9~12周龄)。结果表明:0~4周龄、5~8周龄、9~12周龄公鸡、母鸡各处理组间日增重存在显著差异(P<0.05),以日增重为衡量指标确定的各期日粮最适代谢能和粗蛋白水平分别为:0~4周龄公鸡代谢能11.72MJ/kg,粗蛋白20%;母鸡代谢能11.30MJ/kg,粗蛋白20%;5~8周龄公鸡代谢能12.55MJ/kg,粗蛋白19%;母鸡代谢能11.72MJ/kg,粗蛋白18%;9~12周龄公鸡代谢能12.69MJ/kg,粗蛋白17%;母鸡代谢能12.55MJ/kg,粗蛋白17%。蛋白因素对0~4周龄公鸡、母鸡日增重的效应显著(P<0.05),能量因素对5~8周龄、9~12周龄公鸡、母鸡日增重的效应显著(P<0.05),各期中蛋白因素和能量因素之间存在交互,但交互效应对公鸡、母鸡日增重的影响并不显著(P>0.05)。In this study,a 2×3 factorial arrangement was desigened,and the effects of different dietary metabolizable energy (ME) and crude protein (CP) concentrations on daily gain of Suqin Silky chicken breeds were analyzed.Three periods with particular dietary ME and CP concentrations were divided across the experiment.The results showed,the daily gains of males and females among treatment groups had significant difference (P〈0.005) in all the three periods.In terms of acquiring the highest daily gains,the optimal dietary ME and CP levels for Suqin Silky chickens were found out:11.72 MJ/kg ME and 20% CP for males in 0-4 weeks,11.30 MJ/kg ME and 20% CP for females in 0-4 weeks,12.55 MJ/kg ME and 19% CP for males in 5-8 weeks,11.72 MJ/kg ME and 18% CP for females in 5-8 weeks,12.69 MJ/kg ME and 17% CP for males in 9-12 weeks,12.55 MJ/kg ME and 17% CP for females in 9-12 weeks.For both males and females,CP factors had significant effects (P〈0.05) on daily gains in 0-4 weeks,but had no significant effects (P〉0.05) in 5-8 weeks and 9-12 weeks.ME factors had significant effects (P〈0.05) on daily gains in 5-8 weeks and 9-12 weeks,but had no significant effects (P〉0.05) in 0-4 weeks.
