高性能杜洛克猪核心群的选育研究

摘　　要：由6个独立血统的6头公猪、30头母猪组成的杜洛克猪核心选群。采用闭锁与开放相结合的选育策略,实施准确的场内种猪测定、应用GBS软件进行遗传评估、按综合选择指数进行严格的种猪选留。经过3个世代的选育,结果表明,三世代与零世代相比,达100kg日龄平均下降了8.44%(P<0.05),背膘厚平均减少18.26%(P<0.01),外貌评分指数显著提高(P<0.05),父系指数平均提高了19.30%(P<0.01),基本形成具有明显父系种猪特点、性能优秀的杜洛克种猪核心群。In this study,the Duroc core group which consisted of six independent bloodlines of six boars and thirty sows was established by using the combination of closed and open selection strategy,on-farm testing,genetic assessment of GBS software and comprehensive selection index.After three generations breeding,the age for 100 kg weight in the third generation decreased by 8.44% （P〈0.05）,the adjusted live backfat thickness decreased by 18.26% （P〈0.01）,the conformation traits index significantly increased（P〈0.05）,and the sire index increased by 19.30% （P〈0.01）.The Duroc core group was basically formed with its own characteristics and high performance.
