Galectin-2基因在断乳仔猪胃肠道组织的表达研究

摘　　要：从仔猪的十二指肠组织中克隆Galectin-2基因,研究Galectin-2在仔猪不同组织中的分布情况,并采用荧光定量PCR检测仔猪断奶前后其在胃肠道组织的表达差异情况;结果表明:克隆的猪Galectin-2基因序列被GenBank收录(收录号:FJ424704),其主要在胃肠道组织中表达,与断乳前相比,在断乳后Galectin-2的mR-NA表达在胃、回肠、结肠组织显著上调(P<0.05),而在十二指肠,空肠和盲肠中的表达与对照组相比差异不显著。The coding sequence of Galectin-2 was cloned from the duodenum tissure of piglet.The gene expression of Galectin-2 was amplified by RT-PCR in various piglet tissues.The fold changes of Galectin-2 mRNA were detemined by Realtime PCR and the differences in the expression between the pre-weaning piglets’ gastrointestinal tract and that of the post-weaning ones were compared.The result showed that the full length of Galectin-2 was 532 bp,and accepted by GenBank（Accession：FJ424704）.Galectin-2 was intensely expressed in gastrointestinal tract and the Galectin-2 mRNA expression was significantly raised in gaster,ileum and colon after weaning（P〈0.05）.
