摘 要:选用研究中心培育的含维生素A的4个黑米两系不育系和5个黑米恢复系为试验材料,以4×5不完全双列杂交设计配制20个杂交配组,研究9个主要农艺性状的配合力。结果表明:(1)不育系和恢复系9个农艺性状的一般配合力差异均达到极显著水平,表明4个不育系和5个恢复系对所配组合的性状改良具有各自不同的作用。(2)不育系×恢复系特殊配合力方差均达到极显著水平,分析结果表明,基因的非加性效应对播始历期和单株有效穗起主导作用,基因的加性效应对株高、穗长、每穗总粒数和每穗实粒数起主导作用,基因的加性效应和非加性效应对结实率、千粒重和单株重等性状的表达均有相对重要的作用。(3)不育系25-11-9S、24-11-3S和恢复系R藤06-4、R玉黑海07-4的一般配合力效应值为正值的性状居多,尤其是每穗总粒数、每穗实粒数和单株重的一般配合力效应值较高。分析认为,25-11-9S、24-11-3S、R藤06-4和R玉黑海07-4这4个亲本在生产中具有较大的应用潜力,通过广泛的测交配组有可能选育出强优势组合。Nine rich vitamin A two-line hybrid black rice parents rich in vitamin A,including 4 sterile lines and 5 restorer lines developed by this research center,were chosen to analyze the combining ability of 9 main agronomic characters by means of NCⅡ mating design.The results were as follows:(1)The mean squares of variance of the general combining ability (GCA) of all the characters determined were significant’ at a level of 1%.It means that both the 4 sterile lines and the 5 restorer lines had different effects on improving the agronomic characters.(2)The mean squares of variance of the specific combining ability (SCA) of all the characters determined for sterile line×restorer line were significant’ at a level of 1%.The analysis results showed that the non-additive effects were principal in the period from sowing to heading and the number of effective tillers per plant;plant height,panicle length,spikelets per panicle and full spikelets per panicle were controlled by the additive effects;and both the non-additive effects and the additive effects were principal on seed setting rate,1 000-grain weight and grain weight per plant.(3)In 25-11-9S,24-11-3S,R Tang 06-4 and R Yuheihai 07-4,the effect values of general combining ability were positive in most characters,and they had high effect values of general combining ability in spikelets per panicle,full spikelets per panicle and grain weight per plant.The four parents had been proved to have comparatively large potential in rice production,and strong heterosis combinations might be developed by abroad testcross.
