摘 要:在豫中烟区以NC89为材料研究烤烟叶片发育过程中光合特性及叶绿素含量的变化规律,并同步观察叶绿体超微结构的变化。结果表明:叶片发育过程中净光合速率值呈现先上升后下降的趋势,气孔导度、气孔限制值与净光合速率呈极显著相关关系,胞间CO2浓度与净光合速率呈显著负相关关系。叶绿素含量同净光合速率变化趋势一致,结合叶绿体超微结构观察结果,可知净光合速率的变化与叶绿体超微结构的发育及叶绿素含量密切相关,叶绿体结构逐步完善及叶绿素含量升高是导致净光合速率上升的主要原因,净光合速率下降的过程中,叶绿体超微结构的逐步解体,烤烟叶片的衰老主要是非气孔限制因素引起的。Changes in photosynthetic characteristics,and chlorophyll content were studied in the developmenting process of tobacco leaves,and the chloroplast microstructure was observed simultaneously.The results showed that:the photosynthetic rate showed a downward trend after the first rise during the developmenting process.Stomatal conductance(Cs) and transpiration rate(Tr) were significantly correlated with photosynthetice rate,intercellular CO2 concertration(Ci) and photosynthetic rate (Pn) were significantly negatively correlated.Chlorophyll changed in the same trend with Pn.Combined with the results of chloroplast ultrastructure,it could be concluded that the changes in Pn were closely related to the development of chloroplast ultrastructure and chlorophyll content.Gradual improvement of chloroplast ultrastructure and chlorophyll content were the main reason for the incresse of Pn,chloroplast microstructure was disintegrated gradually during the descending process of Pn.It was non-stomatal limitation that caused the decrease of Pn.
