摘  要:以晋太18号、铁把子、新农3-1号、NC89、云烟85等7个烟草品种为试材研究苗期人工接种CMV病情指数和成株期网室内人工接种及自然发病病情指数之间的相关性,随后选出抗病性不同的3个品种在苗期进行烟草与CMV互作中烟草体内生理生化机制的初步研究。结果表明:苗期人工接种病情指数和成株期病情指数呈正相关,利用苗期人工接种可以作为快速鉴定和筛选抗CMV优良材料的辅助手段。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性变化率在接种后前期(1~5d)为抗病品种高于感病品种(铁把子>新农3-1号>NC89),过氧化物酶(POD)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性变化率在平均水平上也表现如此。因此,接种后SOD、POD、PAL活性变化率可以作为烟草抗性鉴定的辅助指标。The correlation between the disease indexes of seedlings inoculated with CMV and the disease indexes of adult plants inoculated with CMV in net room or infected in nature,using 7 tobacco cultivars,namely Jintai No.18,Tiebazi,Xinnong No.3-1,NC89,Yunyan 85 etc.as the materials trail.3 varieties were selected to study the physiological and biochemical mechanisms at the seedlings in the interaction between tobacco and CMV stage.The result indicated that:The disease indexes of the seedlings with artificial inoculation and the indexes of the adults were highly positively correlated.So artificial inoculation in seedlings can be used as the supplementary means to identify and screen excellent anti-CMV materials rapidly.The changing rate of SOD activity after inoculation in the susceptible varieties was higher than that of the resistance varieties at the prophase (1-5 d) (Tiebazi〉Xinnong No.3-1〉NC89),and the changing rates of POD and PAL activity at the average level were also the case.Therefore,the changing rates of SOD(1-5 d),POD and PAL can be regarded as the supplementary indexes for the identification of resistance of tobacco against CMV.
