摘 要:以现有的抗根肿病大白菜雄性不育甲型"两用系"CRAB742为不育源向本地主栽品种转育,采用同一轮回亲本,分别回交转育雄性不育甲型"两用系"和"临时保持系"。根据复等位基因遗传模式设计3种转育抗根肿病"临时保持系"的方法。结果表明:方法3得到的"临时保持系"抗病性及经济性状与来源同一材料的雄性不育甲型"两用系"最接近,均达到转育要求,可利用其配制抗根肿病的雄性不育系。Anti-clubroot Chinese cabbage AB lines (type I)(CRAB42)were transferred to the main local cultivars as a source of male sterility,the same recurrent parents were adopted to backcrossing AB lines (type I) and temporary maintainer line respectively.Three methods to transfer anti-clubroot temporary maintainer line were designed based on Multiple Allele Hypothesis of genetic male sterility.The results showed that the resistance and economic traits of the temporary maintainer line obtained from the third method were most close to AB lines (type I) from the same materials,both met the demands for transferring,it can be used to breed anti-clubroot male sterility.
