摘  要:为研究加味扶正解毒散对肉仔鸡机体的影响,按照采食量的2%、1.5%、1%于饲料中添加加味扶正解毒散,观察肉鸡的红细胞数、免疫器官重量、免疫球蛋白和成活率、耗料量、日增重等指标,评价药物的使用效果。结果显示,用加味扶正解毒散可以明显增加免疫器官的重量,提高机体内IgG、IgA的含量,同时对肉仔鸡的生产性能有显著提高作用。显示该组方对肉仔鸡在调理机体生理功能和提高生产性能上有明显的效果。The main purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of improved Fuzhengjiedu herb powder on broiler chickens. The supplication level of herb power in diet was 2% ,1.5% ,1% respectively. The number of red blood cells,immune organ weight,immune globulin amount,survival rate,feed consumption and daily gain were obsverved. The results showed that adding the herb powder into chicken feed could increase immuno organ weight and IgG and IgA amount. At the same time,the herb powder could remarkably increase production performace.Therefore,it was concluded that the improved Fuzhengjiedu herb powder could be used for modulating physiological function and improving production performance of broiler chickens.
