摘　　要：本研究旨在建立一种柱前衍生高效液相色谱荧光法(HPLC-FLD)检测鸡肌肉组织中阿奇霉素残留量。以9-芴基氯甲酸酯(FMOC-Cl)为柱前衍生化试剂,用带有荧光检测器的高效液相色谱仪在激发波长265nm,发射波长315nm条件下测定得到的衍生物,流动相为0.05mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(含0.2%三乙胺):乙腈=29:71(v/v),pH5.8。阿奇霉素在0.04～5μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,提取回收率在76%以上。本方法灵敏度高,分离效果佳,重现性好,可用于动物性食品安全监控和药动学研究。The paper was to establish a precolumn derivation high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection （HPLC-FLD） method to determine azithromycin residues in chicken tissues, After derivatization by 9- fluorenylmethyloxycarbonyl chloride （FMOC-Cl）,the azithromycin fluorescence derivative was analyzed by HPLC with fluorescence detector at an excitation wavelength of 265 nm and an emission wavelength of 315 nm,using the mobile phase composed of sodium phosphate buffer containing 0.2% triethylamine and acetonitrile,wich volume ration was 29：71, and pH value was 5.8. The calibration curve of chicken tissues was linear in the range of 0.04 to 5 μg/mL and the average recovery was above 76%. The method was sensitive,precise and good repeatability,so it could be used to monitor animal food safety and azithromycin pharmacokinetics study.
