摘  要:采用氧/氮分析仪对铀钼合金中氧、氮的测定方法进行了研究,并以高纯氦气作载气,脉冲加热—红外吸收法/热导法分别测定了氧和氮的含量。在研究取样量、助熔剂、加热功率、加热时间和积分时间等对氧、氮的测定影响的基础上优化了工作参数。当称样量约为0.05 g,以镍篮为助熔剂,加热功率为5.0 kW,加热时间为80 s时,氧、氮的测定范围分别在0.001 2%~0.304%和0.002 0%~0.068 4%(质量分数)之间,线性相关系数大于0.998;相对标准偏差分别小于5%和8%。A determination method of oxygen and nitrogen in U-Mo alloy was studied with nitrogen-oxygen analyzer.The content of oxygen and nitrogen were determined by pulse heating-infrared Absorption / thermal conductivity using high-pure helium as carrier gas.The effects of sample weight,fluxing agent,heating power,heating time and integral time on the determination of oxygen and nitrogen were investigated,and the working parameters were optimized.Under the condition of 0.05 g of sample,5.0 kW of heating power,80 s of heating time and using nickel basket as fluxing agent,the linear range of oxygen and nitrogen were 0.001 2 %-0.304 % and 0.002 0 %-0.068 4%(mass fraction).The correlation coefficients were better than 0.998,and the relative standard deviations(RSD) were smaller than 5 % and 8 %,respectively.
