摘 要:以溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)法制备了MTQ硅树脂,通过加入甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯制备了氟化丙烯酸酯聚合物;利用原位聚合法和共混法将MTQ硅树脂引入到氟化丙烯酸酯聚合物中,制备出MTQ/氟化丙烯酸酯聚合物。研究结果表明:氟化丙烯酸酯聚合物引入MTQ硅树脂后,其疏水性能、力学性能及耐热性均有不同程度的提高;原位聚合法和共混法制备的聚合物性能略有差异;当埘(MTQ硅树脂)=20%-30%时,两种聚合物的附着力达到相对最佳。MTQ silicone resin was prepareded with sol-gel methods. At the same time, fluorinated acrylate polymer was prepared by adding methyl-acrylic acid dodecyl-flon heptyl ester. MTQ silicone resin was introduced into fluorinated acrylate polymer by in situ polymerization and blending methods, and MTQ silicone resin/fluorinated acrylate polymers were prepared. The results showed that the last products had good hydrophobicity,mechanical properties and thermal stability after taken MTQ silicone resin into fluorinated acrylate polymer,the properties of polymers prepared by two kinds of methods were slightly different. When MTQ silicone resin content was 20%-30%, two polymers had best the adhesion force.
