铝箔/纸复合用醋丙乳液胶粘剂的制备与研究

摘　　要：以醋酸乙烯（VAc）和丙烯酸丁酯（BA）为主要单体，加入少量功能单体丙烯酸（AA）进行共聚改性，采用半连续种子聚合法制备出乳液型铝箔／纸复合用胶粘剂。研究了聚合过程中单体比例、乳化剂、引发剂以及AA等对产品性能的影响。结果表明：当m（BA）：m（VAc）=50：50～65：35、w（复合乳化剂）=3％、w（AA）=2％～3％（相对于单体总量而言）和训（过硫酸铵）：0．6％时，可以得到剥离强度、易干性和抗冻性等综合性能良好的醋丙乳液。With vinyl acetate(VAc) and butyl acrylate(BA) as main monomers,added small amounts of function monomer acrylic acid(AA) to modified by copolymerization,the emulsion adhesive for aluminum foil-paper lamination was prepared by semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization.The influences of mass ratio of hard and soft monomer,emulsifier and AA contents on the properties of the adhesive were studied in polymerization process.The results showed that might obtain a comprehensive performances for good peeling strength,fast drying and freeze resistance etc.VAc-BA emulsion adhesive when m(BA)∶m(VAc) was 50∶50-65∶35,the mass fraction of mixed emulsifier was 3%,AA content was between 2% and 3%(relative to total monomer) and APS content was 0.6%.
