摘 要:将单板浸渍在一定浓度的阻燃剂中,然后采用高n(F)/n(U)比例的UF(脲醛树脂)胶粘剂制备阻燃型胶合板。研究了单板的阻燃剂增重率对胶合板阻燃性能、甲醛释放量和胶接性能等影响。结果表明:单板经阻燃剂浸渍处理后,单板的阻燃剂增重率越高,胶合板的氧指数越大(阻燃效果越显著)、甲醛释放量越低;当单板的阻燃剂增重率为6.53%时,胶合板的甲醛释放量为0.37 mg/L,已达到E0级环保胶合板的标准要求;当单板的阻燃剂增重率为13.37%时,胶合板的氧指数为46%,甲醛释放量为0.13 mg/L,胶接强度为0.96 MPa,即胶合板表现出较好的环保特性、阻燃性能及力学性能。A fire retardant plywood was prepared when veneer was infused in flame retardant solution with a certain concentration, and UF(urea-formaldehyde resin) adhesive with higher molar ratio of n(F)/n(U) was used. The influence of weight gain of flame retardant for veneer was investigated on some performances(such as fire retardant, formaldehyde releasing content and bonding performances) of plywood. The results showed that the weight gain of flame retardant for veneer was higher, the oxygen index of plywood was larger(namely the fire retardant effect was more obvious) and the formaldehyde releasing content of plywood was lower when veneer was infused in flame retardant solution. The environment friendly plywood could reach standard request of E0 grade because the formaldehyde releasing content of plywood was 0.37 mg/L wben the weight gain of flame retardant for veneer was 6.53%. The plywood had well environment friendly, fire retardant and mechanics performances because formaldehyde releasing content was 0.13 mg/L , oxygen index was 46%, bonding strength was 0.96 MPa when weight gain of flame retardant for veneer was 13.37%.
