摘　　要：文章分析了辽中南、吉林中部与哈大齐三大城市群经济发展现状及其在东北地区的地位;利用基尼系数模型测度城市群经济发展差异,并利用极化指数模型测度三大城市群的极化,极化过程可以分为三个时期:1990年代前期、1990年代后期与2000年以来,对三个时期的极化格局进行了分析;然后将东北地区的三大城市群与国内著名的三大城市群京津冀、长三角、珠三角对比,结果表明东北三大城市群在东北地区发展突出,与京津冀、长三角与珠三角相比并不突出。东北三大城市群在全国的经济地位与经济水平不如京津冀、长三角与珠三角;最后探讨了东北三大城市群发展的动力机制。There are three urban groups in Northeast China and they are the central-southern urban groups of Liaoning,the central urban groups of Jilin and the Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar urban groups.Firstly,the economic state of three urban groups and their economic positions in Northeast China are analyzed.Secondly,the economic development inequality and polarization among three urban groups are quantitatively analyzed by Gini coefficient and KZ index based on GDP per capita.At the same time,the inequality and polarization between three urban groups and other cities in Northeast China are analyzed.The polarization development of three urban groups is divided into three phases：1990-1995,1996-1999,2000-2007.Thirdly,on the whole the three urban groups in Northeast China compared to the three urban groups in China： the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the Yangtze River Delta,the Pearl River Delta.It is concluded that the development polarization of three urban groups in Northeast China is prominent only in Northeast China,but their development polarization isn’t distinct when they are relative to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the Yangtze River Delta,the Pearl River Delta in China.The economic positions of three urban groups in Northeast China are lower than them in China.In the end,the driving forces of development polarization of three urban groups in Northeast China are analyzed.
