摘　　要：公务员培训对于提高公务员自身素质、改善政府工作绩效具有重要意义。针对我国公务员培训中存在的主要问题及原因,提出通过更新培训理念、优化培训内容、丰富培训方法、合理配置培训经费、完善和创新培训机制来提高公务员培训的效果。The civil service training has profound significance for improving the quality of civil servants and improving government performance. After inspecting a lot of documentation and on the basis of serious research,we summarized the experience of overseas training for civil servants and the trends of training and development of. civil servants. According to the main problems of training for civil servants and the reasons,we put forward by updating training philosophy,optimization training content,rich training methods,allocation the training funds reasonably and make a comprehensive and innovative training mechanisms to improve the effect of the training for civil servants.
