摘 要:目的探讨作业条件危险性评价(LEC法)在某新建冶金项目职业病危害预评价中的应用。方法根据L-发生事故的可能性,E-人体暴露在危险环境中的频繁程度,C-一旦发生事故可能造成的损失后果;以3个因素分值的乘积D来评价危险性的大小。结果项目初期评价指数在20~70,属于一般危险;在采取了相应防护措施后评价指数小于20,属于稍有危险,可以接受的项目。结论在采取一定的防护和管理措施的情况下,该建设项目可以减少发生职业病危害的风险。Objective To explore the application of LEC evaluation method in pre-evaluation of occupational disease hazard of a new metallurgical project.Methods According to the three factors,including L-the possibility of an accident,E-the frequency of the human body exposes in the dangerous environment,C-the loss may result from the accidents,D as the product of scoring values of the three factors was used to appraise the size of the danger.Results The primary evaluation index was between 20 and 70,which belonged to the general danger.After adopting corresponding protective measures,the evaluation index was less than 20,which belonged to the slight danger,and the project was acceptable.Conclusions After adopting corresponding prevention and management measures,the project can reduce occupational disease hazard risks.
