重组人α-2b干扰素局部注射预防生殖器疱疹复发的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨重组α-2b干扰素局部注射预防频繁复发的生殖器疱疹的效果。方法选择无重组人α-2b干扰素局部注射禁忌症的频繁复发(每年大于6次)的生殖器疱疹患者156例,治疗组(80例)给予重组人α-2b干扰素局部注射联合伐昔洛韦口服,对照组(76例)只给予伐昔洛韦口服。停药后观察1年,记录患者的药物反应,生殖器疱疹复发情况。结果治疗组的复发次数比率为39.4%,对照组的复发次数比率为70.1%。重组人α-2b干扰素的不良反应主要有轻至中度发热、乏力、头痛、关节痛,伐昔洛韦主要有眩晕。结论重组人α-2b干扰素局部注射预防复发的生殖器疱疹有效,联合伐昔洛韦口服的复发次数比率下降。Objective To investigate the preventive effect of basal infection with recombinant human interferon α-2b on frequent recurrence of genital herpes.Methods One hundred and fifty-six patients with recurrent genital herpes （more than six times within a year） but no contraindication to basal injection of recombinant human interferon α-2b were enrolled in this study.The treatment group （n=80） received recombinant human ineterferon α-2b base injection with oral valaciclovir.The control group （n=76） was given oral valaciclovir for a year.All patients were followed up once every month for the record of recurrence and side effects.Results The ratios of recurrence of treatment group and control group were 39.4% and 70.1%,respectively.The main side-effects of basal injection with recombinant human interferon α-2b were fever,fatigue,headache,and joint pains,while the main side-effect of valaciclovir was dizziness.Conclusions Intermittent use of basal injection with recombinant IFN-α-2b is useful to prevent the recurrence of genital herpes.Combination use of recombinant IFN-α-2b and oral valaciclovir can decline the recurrence ratio of genital herpes.
