联用乳核散袋泡剂和三苯氧胺治疗乳腺增生症的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探讨应用中成药乳核散袋泡剂和三苯氧胺合用治疗乳腺增生症的效果。方法将126例乳腺增生症患者随机分为两组,治疗组服用自拟乳核散袋泡剂和三苯氧胺治疗;对照组服用三苯氧胺。结果治疗组总有效率95.24%,对照组总有效率84.61%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乳核散袋泡剂联用三苯氧胺治疗乳腺增生症疗效好,副作用小,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of Ruhe Sandai Foamer combined with tamoxifen in treating patients with cyclomastopathy.Methods A randomized trial was carried out in 126 cases with cyclomastopathy.All patients were divided into Ruhe Sandai Foamer combined with tamoxifen group （treatment group） and tamoxifen group （control group）.Results The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 95.24% and 84.61%,respectively.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Ruhe Sandai Foamer combined with tamoxifen has good therapeutic effect in treating patients with cyclomastopathy,with mild side effects.It is worthy to be clinically popularized.
