摘  要:目的探讨经阴道四维超声在诊断子宫先天性畸形中的临床应用价值。方法运用经阴道二维超声和四维超声技术对143例先天性子宫畸形进行检查诊断,并与宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合检查结果相对照。结果弓形子宫、单角子宫、残角子宫4D-TVS诊断符合率明显提高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不完全性纵隔子宫、完全性纵隔子宫诊断符合率提高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经阴道四维超声技术是诊断子宫先天性畸形的简便可靠的方法 。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of four- dimensional endoluminal ultrasound in diagnosis of congenital uterine anomalies. Methods A total of 143 cases with congenital uterine anomalies were diagnosed by four- dimensional endoluminal ultrasound and proved by hysteroscopy and laparoscopy. Results As compared with 2D - TVS, the diagnostic accordance rates of 4D - TVS for arouate uterus, unicornuate uterus, and rudimentary horn of uterus were significantly improved, and there were statistically significant differences in diagnostic accordance rate between 2D - TVS and 4D - TVS (P 〈 0.05); the diagnostic accordance rates of 4D - TVS for subseptate uterus and complete septate uterus were also improved, but no statistically significant difference was found between 2D - TVS and 4D - TVS (P 〉 0.05). Conclusions Four - di- mensional color power endoluminal ultrasound may be a simple and reliable way to diagnose congenital uterine anomalies.
