深圳市福田区结核病控制项目实施效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析福田区2003-2008年结核病控制项目的实施效果。方法收集2003-2008年结核病控制项目的各类统计报表及相关资料。结果结核病控制项目治疗覆盖率达100%,接诊可疑肺结核患者12630例,发现涂阳肺结核病人2219例,免费治疗3843例,督导化疗管理率达100%,新发涂阳2月末痰菌阴转率达91.3%,3月末痰菌阴转率达95.9%,新发涂阳肺结核病人治愈率达95.7%。结论福田区结核病控制项目成效显著,发现和治愈了大量肺结核病人。加强归口管理,健全防痨网络,严格推行现代结核病防治策略是结核病控制工作的重点。Objective To analyze the results of implementation of Tuberculosis Control Project in Futian District, Shenzhen City from 2003 to 2008. Methods Statistical report forms and relevant data of Tuberculosis Control Project from 2003 to 2008 were collected and reviewed. Results During the 5 years, 100% of population in the district was covered under the Tuberculosis Control Project. 12,630 suspected cases were detected, 2,219 smear- positive cases were identified and 3,843 cases received free treatment. The supervised chemotherapy management rate reached 100%. The sputum negative conversion rates after 2 months treatment and after 3 months treatment were 91.3% and 95.9%, respectively. The over- all cure rate of newly diagnosed smear - positive patients was 95.7 %. Conclusions With a large number of pulmonary tuberculosis cases detected and cured, the Tuberculosis Control Project in Futian District has achieved remarkable success. Convergence case - management, anti - tuberculosis network building and strict implementation of modem anti - tuberculosis strategies are key components of the Tuberculosis Control Project.
