摘 要:对多油楔浮动滑动轴承的流体动力润滑状况进行理论分析,得出其在稳态下处于弹流动压润滑;通过对此状态下的相关计算得出在小间隙下多油楔轴承有较好的弹流润滑性能,并且随着载荷的增加,膜厚比λ减小,轴承产生磨损的可能性增加。The thesis analyzed the state of hydrodynamic lubrication for the multi-oil wedge floating-ring sliding bearing which drew the conclusion that the bearing was in the state of the elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication when it was in the steady state.Based on the interrelated calculation,the result was that EHL has better performance in a small clearance,on the other hand,the film thickness ratio decreased and the wear of the bearing might reduce as the load increased.
