摘 要:运用中国乳制品行业1998—2007年的省际面板数据,采用随机前沿生产函数方法分析了中国乳制品行业生产技术效率的变动状况。研究发现:1998—2007年中国乳制品行业技术效率以年均4.93%的速度增长,乳制品行业的企业规模和资本密度是促进乳制品行业技术效率提升的积极因素,而乳制品行业生产技术的非效率与生产成本、资本回报率、原材料奶产量之间存在正相关关系;同时,中国乳制品行业技术效率具有明显的区域差异性,这种技术效率的差距在扩大后出现收敛迹象,奶类产量和乳制品产值较高的省区的乳制品生产技术效率却十分滞后。The change in technical efficiency of China's dairy industry was analyzed by the stochastic frontier production function with the 1998—2007 provincial panel data of China's dairy industry introduced.It was found that the technical efficiency of China's dairy industry grew up annually by 4.93% on average in 1998—2007.The size of relevant enterprises and capital intensity were the positively influencing factors on the technical efficiency to promote the dairy industry.However,the non-technical efficiency of dairy production correlates positively industry to production costs,rate of return on investment and milk output.Moreover,the regional differences in technical efficiency are found obvious in Chinese dairy industry where the differences converge after their increases.And it is revealed that the technical efficiencies in some provinces/regions,where the output values of milk and diary products are high,lag behind the others on dairy production.
