摘　　要：本研究利用激光共聚焦技术,检测甜橙花粉中的游离Ca2+和H+的分布特性。结果表明,甜橙花粉中,游离Ca2+的主要分布区域为萌发沟孔附近,在花粉中央也有少量分布,呈现出极性分布的特点;H+也主要富集在萌发沟孔附近,从萌发沟孔到花粉中央,呈强→弱的梯度分布。Laser confocal scanning microscopy was used to detect the distribution of free calcium and H^＋ in sweet orange pollen. The results showed that the free calcium was concentrated in areas close to the germination furrow, and to a less extend, to the center of the pollen grain, indicating a polarity distribution. H^＋ was mainly concentrated near the germination furrow too, and it showed a gra dient distribution of high to low from the germination furrow to the center of the pollen.
