摘 要:采用五点取样法,对河北省辣椒根和茎基部主要病害症状及病原菌种类进行了观察与分类。结果表明:辣椒根和茎基部主要受疫霉菌(Phytophthora capsiciLeonian)、镰刀菌(Fusariumoxysporum Schlecht.f.sp.)及核盘菌(Rhizoctonia solani Kühn)3种病原菌单独或复合侵染,其分离频率分别为48.0%、48.5%和10.2%;同时发现疫霉菌和镰刀菌均容易侵染辣椒叶片及茎段,核盘菌侵染茎段的能力高于叶片。详细介绍病原菌形态特征和病组织表现症状的基础上,结合试验结果和生产实际,提出了有效的综合防治对策。The disease symptom and pathogens at root and stem basement of pepper were investigated using five point sampling mode.The results showed that root and stem basement of pepper were infected separately or complexly by Phytophthora capsici Leonian,Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht.f.sp.and Rhizoctonia solani Kühn,and the isolation frequencies were 48.0%,48.5% and 10.2%,respectively.The leaves and stems were easily infected by P.capsici Leonian and F.oxysporum Schlecht.f.sp,and the stems were easily infected by R.solani Kühn.Based on the symptoms and characteristics of the main pathogens,the integrated control measures were given according to the experiment results and the practical situation.
