基于PCA-DEA的武汉城市圈土地利用效率实证分析

摘　　要：在建立武汉城市圈土地利用效率评价指标体系的基础上,运用PCA-DEA复合模型,借助SPSS、LINDO软件,采用主成分分析法分别筛选出土地投入和产出的主成分因子,运用C2R/DEA模型对武汉城市圈土地利用效率进行评价。结果显示,武汉城市圈土地利用效率总体偏低,内部差异明显,从中心城市到周边土地利用效率逐渐降低,土地产出不足是制约土地利用效率提高的主要因素。The evaluation index system of Wuhan city circle was established.The land use efficiency was evaluated using PCA-DEA model and SPSS and LINDO software.The principal component factors of land input and output were selected respectively.The results showed that the land use efficiency was low,which decreased from the center to the surrounding areas,and the difference was obvious.The insufficient land output was the key factor that prevented the increase of land use efficiency.
