摘  要:研究了用原子荧光法测定烟草中砷和汞的方法。烟草样品用硝酸-高氯酸消化,然后用原子荧光法测定,方法检出限为砷0.05 ng/mL、汞0.008 ng/mL,相对标准偏差为砷2.6%、汞2.7%。样品加标回收率为砷96%-103%、汞94%-102%,结果令人满意。The determination of arsenic and mercury in tobacco by atomic fluorescence spectrometry was studied.The tobacco samples were digested with HNO3-HClO4,then the arsenic and mercury were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The detection limits of arsenic and mercury were 0.05 ng/mL and 0.008 ng/mL,respectively.The relative standard deviation of arsenic and mercury were 2.6% and 2.7%,respectively.The recovery of standard addition of arsenic and mercury were 96%-103% and 94%-102%,respectively.
