摘　　要：以河北省11个市的大学生村官为调查对象,通过对他们的工资待遇、思想状况、工作状况以及面临的困难和对未来的个人规划进行调查,深入分析大学生村官现状,并提出了河北省大学生村官发展的对策措施。The wage and treatment,ideological state,working condition,difficulties and future planning of little village official in 11 cities of Hebei Province were investigated.The status of little village official was analyzed deeply,and the development countermeasures were put forward.
