摘　　要："大学生村官"项目已经实施了10 a,大学生村官对于促进农村发展起到了一定作用,但该项目尚存在着许多不足。大学生的理想冲动遭遇现实生活的制约、目的不纯、利益无法得到保障和能力难以得到村民的信服等都影响着大学生村官项目的实施效果。The project of Little Village Official has been implemented for 10 years,which promotes the rural development to some extent.However,many problems still exist.College students＇ ideal is constrained by real life,the purpose is not pure,their interests can not be guaranteed and their abilities are difficult to gets villagers＇ trust,which influence the implementation of the project.
