摘　　要：本文通过对山西师范大学图书馆"读者调查"结果的分析,梳理了读者对图书馆工作的评价、意见和建议;针对存在的问题从图书馆管理者本身进行了原因探究;提出了解决问题的4项措施。Based on the readers investigation of Shanxi Normal University library,this paper analyzes readers＇ comments and suggestions on the libraries＇ work,further discusses reasons of proposed problems from the library managers themselves,and puts forward four measures to solve the problems.
