摘　　要：从原料、纺丝组件、纺丝条件等探讨了128 dtex/144 f涤纶POY的生产工艺。结果表明:选择半消光PET切片,干燥温度165～175℃,纺丝组件压力为12～18 MPa,过滤材质为金属砂,纺丝温度296～300℃,纺丝速度2 900～3 300 m/min,生产出的POY物理指标性能优异,可纺性好。The production process of 128 dtex/144 f PET POY was discussed from raw material,spinning pack and spinning conditions.The results showed that by selection of semi-dull PET chip,when the drying temperature is 165～175 ℃,the spinning pack pressure is 12～18 MPa,the filter material is metal sand,the spinning temperture is 296～300 ℃,the spinning speed is 2 900～3 300 m/min,the PET POY with excellent physical indexes and good spinnability can be produced.
