摘　　要：通过对PTA中PT酸产生及分离原理的阐述,分析了影响PT酸含量的主要因素;加强对TA产品品质的控制,配料罐中TA料的掺混,产品平均粒径的调整,压力离心机及真空/压力过滤机的定期水洗等,从而达到控制PTA中PT酸含量的目的。The generation and separation principle of PT acid in PTA products is elaborated.The main factors have effect on PT acid content are also analyzed.The purpose of controlling PT acid content in PTA products is achieved by quality control of TA products,mixing of TA into ingredient tanks,adjustment of product average particle size,as well as the regular operation related factors control pressure centrifuges and vacuum / pressure filters.
