淋病奈瑟氏菌培养方法的比较

摘　　要：目的:比较两种培养基培养效果。方法:用华康科技有限公司生产的淋球菌培养基和法国进口梅里埃淋球菌培养基,分组对革兰氏染色为G-的双球菌标本,在35℃、5%～10%CO2环境下培养。结果:用进口梅里埃培养基培养60例G-的双球菌标本,阳性结果18例(阳性率30%);用华康培养基培养78例G-的双球菌标本,阳性结果26例(阳性率33.3%)。两种培养基培养效果无明显差别(X2=0.175,P>0.05)。结论:国产华康淋球菌培养基可以代替进口梅里埃淋球菌培养基,其培养效果及质量等同于进口同类产品。Objective： To compare the two culture media in the cultural diagnosis of Gonorrhoea. Methods： Diplococcus specimens were cultivated under the environment of 5-10 % CO2 and the temperature of 35℃, using gonococcus culture media produced by Huake Co. Ltd and France imported Merieux gonococcus culture media. Results： Positive rates are 30% in gonococcus culture media produced by Huake Co. Ltd and 33.3% in France imported Merieux gonococcus culture media respectivly. No obvious differences between two culture medium were found. Conclusion： There are no significant diffential culturing effect for gonococcus between two culture media.
