摘 要:根据"佩尤研究中心"、"世界公众舆论网"和"环球扫描"三大知名国际舆论调查机构所出具的多种调查报告,2009年中国国家形象呈现出重要变化:一方面,中国国家实力得到国际舆论的认同;另一方面,中国有关政策引起国际舆论的争议。以美国为代表的西方国家,对中国的好感度正处于微妙的平衡点;而以日本为代表的亚洲国家,对中国的认可度走低。为了更好地树立中国的国家形象,掌握全球舆论调查的主动权是我们亟待解决的问题之一。According to manifold reports issued by three world-renowned international public opinion agencies, Pew Research Center, World Public Opinion. org and Globescan, China's national image appeared to change significantly in 2009. On the one hand, the national power of China was gaining worldwide recognition, and on the other, some of China's policies had aroused remarkable controversy. Western countries represented by the United States were getting their favorable opinions on China to a subtle balanced point, while Asian countries, especially Japan, held decreasing recognitions on China. In order to establish China more positively in the world, it is one of our highest priorities to acquire the initiative in global public opinion surveys.
