摘　　要：本文在对南昌市游客的满意度进行实地调研的基础上,运用IPA(重要性-表现性评价)方法,对南昌市旅游业在发展中存在的优势与劣势进行了分析,并提出了相关的政策性建议,以期能够为南昌市旅游业的发展和经营管理提供一些参考。Based on the investigations of the tourist satisfaction in Nanchang, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Nanchang tourism by using the IPA approach. It makes some relevant policy recommendations, in the hope that it could provide some suggestions on the development and the management of Nanchang tourism industry in the future.
