益心舒胶囊对老年充血性心力衰竭患者利钾尿肽、心房钠尿肽的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益心舒胶囊对老年充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的临床疗效及对外周血中利钾尿肽(KP)、心房钠尿肽(ANP)水平的影响。方法84例老年充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为常规组(硝酸酯类药物+利尿剂+地高辛+β受体阻滞剂+ACEI/ARB和益心舒组(对照组治疗药物+益心舒胶囊),随访12周。采用放射免疫分析法测定两组治疗前后外周血中KP、ANP水平,同时用超声心动图检查测定CHF患者左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)及心脏指数(CI)。结果治疗组患者在临床症状、外周血中KP、ANP水平、心功能各指标较对照组明显改善,而KP水平变化更为显著(P<0.05)。结论益心舒胶囊能影响CHF患者内分泌因子的激活,对老年充血性心力衰竭患者有较好的疗效。Objective To investigate the effects of Yixinshu capsule on the levels of plasma kaliuretic peptide（KP）,atrial natriuretic peptide（ANP）in elderly patients with congestive heart failure（CHF）.Methods Eighty-four patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups：Treatment group treated by Yixinshu capsule on the basis of routine treatment and control group treated by routine treatment（mononitrate ester healer,diuretics,digoxin,β-receptor blocker,angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors or angiotensin receptor blockers）for 12 weeks.The levels of plasma KP and ANP were detected by radioimmunoassay method pre-and post-treatment.The left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,left ventricular fractional shortening（LVFS）and cardiac index（CI）were examined by echocardiography.Results Compared with control group,the plasma KP and ANP levels were decreased in treatment group,while the heart function indexes were increased in treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion Yixinshu capsule was obviously effective for patients with CHF by inhibiting activation of endocrine factors.
