摘　　要：文章基于ANSYS软件对KZ4A型机车原牵引座和改进牵引座分别进行了强度计算,通过对比分析提出了改进设计方案,并根据强度分析结果和现场检查情况分析了改进前牵引座发生裂纹的原因。Strength analysis based of ANSYS software for the old and new traction seat of type KZ4A locomotive are performed in this paper, the improved design structure is obtained by analyzing and comparing the results of two structures. After analyzing the strength analysis results and the field inspection condition, the cracks reasons of the old traction seat are concluded.
