摘　　要：从个性化服务、定题跟踪服务、新生入馆教育以及馆企联合服务等不同角度阐述了社会转型期高校图书馆在网络环境下参考咨询服务的创新。From different angles of personalized service, task tracking service, the education of freshmen using library and the joint library and enterprise service, the innovation of reference services of university library during the transitional period was expounded in the network environment.
