摘　　要：分析了山西省现代服务业公共技术服务平台的建设定位和指导思想,指出了平台规划与建设的基本原则,阐述了现代服务业公共技术平台的多层服务支撑体系,并在此体系的指导下详细设计了平台的软件逻辑结构和平台主要功能。In this paper, the guiding ideology of building public technical service platform for Shanxi province is analyzed, and the basic principles of planning and construction, and the multi-layer service support architecture are proposed, based on which the logical software structure and main function of service platform is designed.
