从“阴虚血瘀热毒”论治围绝经期心血管疾病

摘　　要：围绝经期心血管疾病是以心血管系统的症状为主要表现的一种围绝经期综合征,常表现为高血压病、假性心绞痛、心律失常,现代医学往往采用激素替代疗法或对症处理,虽有一定的疗效,但也存在很大的弊端。中医在治疗围绝经期综合征方面有一定的优势。文章从阴虚血瘀热毒探讨围绝经期心血管疾病的中医病因病机,并提出以滋阴活血解毒法治疗本病。Cardiovascular disease in peri-menopausal period is a kind of climacteric syndrome which based on the symptoms of the cardiovascular system as the main manifestations. It is manifested as hypertension,pseudo-angina,arrhythmia. Hormone replacement therapy or symptomatic treatment is the common used method of modern medicine,although a certain degree of efficacy,but there are also significant disadvantages. In the treatment of cardiovascular disease in peri-menopausal period,TCM has certain advantages. In this paper,we treat cardiovascular disease in peri-menopausal period from the theory of ＇yin deficiency,blood stasis,heat-toxin＇and propose the method of ＇nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation and detoxification＇.
