栝蒌瞿麦丸方证探讨及临床运用

摘　　要：文章用以方测证的方法并结合《金匮要略》原文,对栝蒌瞿麦丸的方证进行了探讨,认为栝蒌瞿麦丸所主证候为下焦阳虚湿热伤阴证。并举笔者临证医案验证之,以期拓宽该方的临床运用。By analyzing Gualou Qumai Wan-related content in Jingui Yao Le,to explore the indication of Gualou Qumai Wan. The conclusion showed that Gualou Qumai Wan was applicable to the syndrome of yang deficiency and moist-heat injuring yin of lower jiao. The conclusion was verified by the author＇s clinical experiences aiming to broaden clinical use of Gualou Qumai Wan.
