摘 要:目的:对不同厂家生产的枳实配方颗粒中黄酮类活性成分的含量进行比较。方法:建立超高效液相色谱法同时测定枳实配方颗粒中3种黄酮类成分柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷的含量。结果:3个厂家生产的枳实配方颗粒中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷含量差异较大,其中A厂家3批样品中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷含量最高,平均为1.538%和1.853%,B厂家的2批样品中这2成分平均含量只为A厂家的1.2%和1.0%,C厂家2批样品中2成分平均含量分别为A厂家的49%和48%,而3个厂家的样品中橙皮苷的含量较为一致,平均含量范围为0.070%-0.115%。结论:不同厂家生产的枳实配方颗粒中黄酮类成分的含量有显著差异。Objective:To compare the content of the active flavonoids in Zhishi Granules from different manufactories.Methods:An ultra high performance liquid chromatography method was developed to determine the content of naringin,hesperidin,and neohesperidin.Results:Significant difference was found among these three manufactories in the content of naringin and neohesperidin.The content of naringin and neohesperidin in the granules from manufactory A were the highest,which were 1.538% and 1.853% respectively,whereas the content of naringin and neohesperidin in the granules from manufactory B were the lowest,being 1.2% and 1.0% of that of manufactory A.The content of these two constituents in the granules from manufactory C were 49% and 48% of that of manufactory A.In addition,the content of hesperidin in the granules,ranged from 0.070% ~ 0.115%,was almost the same from different manufactories.Conclusion:The content of flavonoids in Zhishi Granules from different manufactories had significant difference.
