甲壳素敷料对动物烫伤创面愈合作用的影响

摘　　要：目的:考察甲壳素敷料对深Ⅱ度烫伤小鼠和家兔创面愈合作用的影响。方法:采用水蒸气灼伤法和热水烫伤法分别制备小鼠和家兔深Ⅱ度烫伤模型,观察小鼠和家兔背部创面愈合时间,并取创面做病理分析。结果:与空白对照组比较,甲壳素敷料组小鼠和家兔背部烫伤创面愈合时间显著缩短(P<0.05),且愈合程度较好。结论:甲壳素敷料对实验小鼠和家兔烫伤创面的愈合有显著促进作用。Objective：To study the healing effect of Chitin dressing on second-degree scalds in mice and rabbits respectively.Methods：The model of the second-degree scald was established in mice and rabbits respectively by vapour and hot water;the healing time was observed and the tissue specimens were obtained from the scalds for pathologic analysis.Results：Compared with the contrast group,the healing time in chitin dressing treated group was shorter（P〈0.05）,and had better effect on scalded wound.Conclusion：Chitin dressing can effectively improve the scalded wound in mice and rabbits.
