摘　　要：目的:观察石氏"醒脑开窍"法治疗即刻对血管紧张素Ⅱ、内皮素及降钙素基因相关肽在脑缺血再灌模型大鼠中的作用和意义。方法:线栓法制备脑缺血再灌大鼠模型,采用不同介入时间用石氏"醒脑开窍"针法和香丹注射液给予治疗,采用放射免疫分析的方法检测血浆中内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)及血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)的含量。结果:脑缺血再灌模型大鼠血浆中ET、AngⅡ的含量有不同程度的升高,而血浆中CGRP含量则下降。针刺介入治疗可使血浆ET趋于下降,CGRP明显升高。结论:针刺对脑缺血再灌模型大鼠的机能调节,不只局限于类似药物调节血管内皮活性物质的作用,而且抑制了脑缺血后再灌所引起的级联反应中炎症过程的启动,从而从整体水平启动机体的内源性保护机制。Objective：To observe the instant effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy and Xiang Dan Injection on the content of blood plasma ET,CGRP and ANGⅡin rat with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion,and study the regulatory mechanism of acupuncture on the model rats of ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods：The right side cerebral middle artery of rats was blocked by thread to establish the model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion,and the content of blood plasma ET,CGRP and ANGⅡ were determined by radio immunoassay.Results：The results indicated the acupuncture therapy can regulate the balance of ANGⅡ,CGRP and ET levels in blood plasma.Conclusion：The functional regulation of acupuncture on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model of rats was not only to regulate vascular endothelial substance,but also to inhibite the inflammatory process starts induced by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion,thus starting the endogenous protection mechanisms from the overall level.
