摘　　要：本虚标实是皮肌炎的病机特点,阳气不足是本病发生的内在基础,外邪侵袭为标实之患。在治疗上以扶正祛邪,标本兼治为治疗皮肌炎的基本大法。并根据疾病所处的不同阶段以及邪正盛衰的实际情况来决定采用扶正兼以祛邪,还是祛邪兼以扶正。在具体的辨证治疗上,将本病分为急性期、缓解期和恢复期,采用不同的治疗原则,取得了显著疗效。Asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality is the pathogenesis of dermatomyositis,deficiency of yang qi is the interior etiopathogenisis and the invasion of exogenous evil is the exterior etiopathogenisis.The treatment principles of dermatomyositis are strengthening healthy qi to eliminate pathogens and treating both manifestation and root cause of disease.The course includes acute stage,paracmasis and recovery stage.Based on syndrome differentiation,different treatment principles are used in clinic and achieve significant therapeutic effect.
