摘 要:采用不同浓度的水稻秸秆浸提液,分别对14个小麦骨干亲本和13个在川西平原广泛种植的小麦品种的幼苗进行了处理,以鉴定这些材料对水稻秸秆化感作用的抗性.分别测定小麦幼苗的苗高、根数、主根长、苗鲜重、根鲜重、苗干重和根干重七个指标,再根据抑制率和隶属函数值对所测数据进行分析.结果表明,小麦根比茎叶对水稻秸秆浸提液更敏感,不同小麦品种对浸提液的耐受能力不同,筛选出了Sw3243和蚂蚱麦两个对化感作用抗性较强的品种.For indentifying the resistance of wheat varieties to rice straw allelopathy, fourteen comer stone breeding parents and thirteen widely cultivated varieties in Western Plain of Sichuan were treated by using two different concentrations of rice straw extract. Seven morphological parameters containing seedling height, shoot fresh weight, shoot dry weight, root number, main root length, root fresh weight and root dry weight obtained from seedling stage were measured and transformed into inhibitory rate and subordinate function values for statistic analysis. The results indicates that wheat root is more sensitive to the rice straw water extract than stem and leaf, and the investigated eultivars varies in resistance to rice straw water extract, among which Sw3243 and Mazhamai are considered to be the most resistant ones.
