面部脂溢性角化病联合治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察CHR型多功能美容手术仪联合倍频Q开关掺钕钇铝石榴石激光治疗面部脂溢性角化病的临床疗效.方法 采用CHR型多功能美容手术仪联合Q开关Nd：YAG激光治疗脂溢性角化病72例,118处面部皮损.结果 72例患者,共计118个面部皮损,治疗4周后随访,104个皮损痊愈,治愈率88.1%,14个皮损显效,有效率100%,经1至2次治疗,有效率为100%.结论 CHR型多功能美容手术仪联合Q开关Nd：YAG激光治疗面部脂溢性角化病迅速、有效、安全.：Objective To observe the clinical effect in the treatment of the seborrheic keratosis by using the Multi function cosmetology surgery apparatus combined with Q-switched Alexandrite laser.Methods Seventy-two cases of keratosis seborrheica were treated with Multi function cosmetology surgery apparatus and Q-switched Alexandrite.Results After 4 weeks, 72 cases of keratosis seborrheica had 118 facial lesions, Basic heal 104 lesions （88.1%） ,notable effect 14 lesions, the cure rates of single treatments were 100%.Conclusions The combined treatment of seborrheic keratosis with Multi function cosmetology surgery apparatus and Q-switched Alexandrite laser is effective, fast and has no side effects.
