摘  要:通过对碱地风毛菊(Saussurea runcinata)苗期分别以NaHCO3和Na2CO3进行胁迫,浓度为0(CK)、30mmol/L、60mmol/L、90mmol/L、120mmol/L、150mmol/L、180mmol/L,测定其根冠比、相对生长率、根长、株高及存活率,以确定其耐盐生长特性。结果表明:Na2CO3胁迫对碱地风毛菊造成的伤害大于NaHCO3;随碱浓度的增加,根冠比呈现出先增加后下降的趋势,根长、株高及相对生长率均呈现出下降的趋势,NaHCO3胁迫下,碱地风毛菊能够完全存活,而Na2CO3胁迫下,碱地风毛菊的存活率随碱浓度的增加呈现出下降的趋势。This experiment was carried out to assess root-top ratio,relative growth rate,root length,plant height and survival of Saussurea runcinata seedling under varying levels of NaHCO 3 and Na 2 CO 3 (0,30,60,90,120 150 or 180 mmol/L),in order to determine the growth characteristics of salt tolerance.The results showed that the harm caused by Na 2 CO 3 was greater than NaHCO 3 ;With the increase in salt concentration,root-top ratio increased first and then showed a downward trend,root length,plant height and relative growth rate showed a downward trend,Saussurea runcinata can be fully alive under NaHCO 3 stress,and survival showed a downward trend with the increase in alkali concentration under Na 2 CO 3 stress.
